PURPOSE: A plasma burner device provided with a radial fuel pipe is provided to make a structure simple by forming a high voltage electrode of an electric discharge unit and a fuel supply line injected with mixed fuel in one, and to maximize combustion efficiency by injecting mixed fuel to the closest location of an electric discharge unit and a reaction chamber. CONSTITUTION: A plasma burner device provided with a radial fuel pipe comprises: a reaction chamber(301) having an inside space; an electric discharge unit located in the inside space of the reaction chamber and attached to be spaced out electrically from the reaction chamber, and forming a plasma arc with the reaction chamber if high voltage is supplied; a fuel feed pipe(110) having one end located in the electric discharge unit and the other end connected with a fuel supply unit to convey the mixed fuel supplied from the fuel supply unit to the inside of the electric discharge unit; and a radial fuel pipe(120) having one end connected with one end of the fuel feed pipe and the other end connected with the inside space of the reaction chamber via a wall(211) of the electric discharge unit to spray the mixed fuel conveyed by the fuel feed pipe to the inside space.
