The medical instrument comprises a tube (2) and a plunger (3), which is received inside the tube. The plunger is moved relative to the tube. The plunger closes an end (2a) of the tube. A biodegradable fleece (4) is provided, which is received in the tube. The fleece is output from the tube by actuating the plunger.
