The pylon (401) can take up alternative states wherein the trailing edge (402) has a rear aperture to enable pulsed air to pass through to reduce airflow trail on the propellers (104, 106) and wherein the trailing edge aperture is closed. The movable upper and/or lower faces (611, 612) can extend across part or all of the pylon (401) or the trailing edge has plural movable upper and/or lower edges. |
