<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a failure in heating-power adjustment during heating by determining a state of an object to be heated in a cooking vessel on the basis of a plurality of detected temperatures. <P>SOLUTION: An induction heating cooker is provided with a cooking vessel 2 containing an object 1 to be heated, a vessel placing part 3, induction heating coils 4, a first temperature detection means 6, a second temperature detection means 7, and a control means 8. Each outer induction heating coil 4a and each inner induction heating coil 4b constitute the induction heating coils 4. A state of the object 1 to be heated in the cooking vessel 2 is determined from each detection signal of the first/second temperature detection means 6, 7 so as to control conduction of each outer induction heating coil 4a and that of each inner induction heating coil 4b.
