Dye?Sensitized Solar Cells Comprising Patterned Cathode Electrodes and Manufacturing Methods Thereof

摘要

PURPOSE: A dye sensitized solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to maximize efficiency of a solar cell by increasing an amount of light received by dye of a conductive transparent electrode. CONSTITUTION: A dye sensitized solar cell comprises a cathode electrode which is patterned with platinum(Pt). A pattern is a linear type, a mash type, or an island-shape type. The pattern has a gap of 0.01 to 1mm. The cathode electrode is patterned by using a sputtering method, a spin coating method, or a support method.
