摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of fluorescent substance and a light emitting device using thereof are provided to obtain a fluorescent substance having uniform composition distribution and to manufacture the fluorescent substance at low sintering temperature. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of fluorescent substance comprises the following steps: (S14) forming a metal-amide type precursor by dissolving more than one of metal which becomes raw material of desired fluorescent substance in liquefied ammonia; (S16) collecting the metal - amide type precursor; and (s18)Plasticizing the precursor in order to form the fluorescent substance from the precursor. The white light emitting device comprises an LED chip which emits excitation light which has peak wavelength in 200-500 nm range and a fluorescent substance which wavelength-converts at least a part of the excitation light.
