PURPOSE: A spindle motor and a record disk driving device with the same are provided to charge static electricity generated when a rotor case rotates to a fixing member by conductive fluid. CONSTITUTION: An insertion groove(122) is formed on a fixing member(120). A rotor case(130) includes a pivot portion(131). The pivot portion is mounted on the insertion groove of the fixing member. The rotor case rotates while the rotor case is floated by compressed air. The gap between the insertion groove and the pivot portion is filled with conductive fluid(140) to transfer static electricity which is generate d when the rotor case rotates.
