A multipurpose outdoor cooking device allows for different methods of cooking such as grilling and boiling separately or at the same time. The cooking height is adjustable for the regulation of cooking temperature the cooking device may be used with various fuel sources. The cooking device may be dismantled for transportation and may include a water and heat resistant parasol type cover so the cooking device may be used if it rains.
