PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the burden of a developer of digital contents having texts and an input control as compared with when retrieving and using existing digital contents by the texts. SOLUTION: In this content part retrieving device, a memory resource stores a plurality of content part information groups for one digital content. The content part information group indicates content parts and has one or more information packages containing text information elements and input control type information elements. The retrieving device receives retrieval conditions including a combination of the text information elements and the input control type information elements, calculates the similarity of the retrieval conditions and each content part information group in the memory resource based on the retrieval conditions and each text information element and input control type information element in each content part information group, and displays the information regarding a content part candidate based on the calculated similarity.
