PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a railroad angle measuring apparatus of a simple structure, inexpensive, and measuring the railroad angle accurately with easy operation. SOLUTION: The railroad angle measuring apparatus 10 comprises a substrate, constituted by a rectangular base plate 11 and sub-plate 16 connected openably/closably, an azimuth magnetic needle 12 disposed in one surface (measuring surface) of a base plate 11, an angle display member 13 disposed on the measuring surface of the base plate 11 to rotate coaxially with the rotation center of the azimuth magnetic needle 12, a level 14 disposed on the measuring surface of the base plate 11, a mirror body 15 disposed on the measuring surface of the base plate 11, and a cylindrical body 17 disposed on the side of the free end side of the sub-plate 16. The mirror body 15 or cylindrical body 17 is used for arranging the base plate 11 at a specific position with respect to the wire during measurement.
