<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount each constituting part surely and easily. <P>SOLUTION: This lighting fixture for a vehicle is equipped with a semiconductor type light source 9, a heat sink member 10, a bracket 11, a cap 12, an engaging hole 23 and an elastic engaging claw 31 of a temporary fixing member, and a screw 50 of a permanent fixing member. By the engaging hole 23 and the elastic engaging claw 31, the semiconductor type light source 9, the heat sink member 10, and the bracket 11 are temporarily fixed. By the screw 50, the semiconductor type light source 9, the heat sink member 10, the bracket 11, and the cap 12 are permanently fixed.
