Organic light emitting display device and method of manufacturing the same

PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescence display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve leakage current properties of a thin film transistor by covering an end part of a first electrode of a capacitor and a semiconductor layer using insulating films. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting region and a thin film transistor region are defined on a substrate(100). A plurality of insulating films is formed on the substrate. Only a single interfacial surface is included among the plurality of insulating layers in which a refractive index is changed between the insulating films formed between the substrate and a first electrode(116) of an organic light emitting device corresponding to the light emitting region. Two or more interfacial surfaces are included among the plurality of insulating layers in which a refractive index is changed between the insulating films which are formed corresponding to the thin film transistor region.
