<p>PURPOSE: A data reading method of a storage system including an SAS expanding device, a system thereof, and an SAS expanding device are provided to perform data pre-fetch by using an SAS expanding device. CONSTITUTION: Data access information is collected related to access between an initiator and a target(305). Connection between the target and the initiator is compared with a usage threshold value based on the data access information(310). A data request about a data block of the target is received from the initiator(315). A potential data block of the target is discriminated if connection between the initiator and the target exceeds usage threshold(320).</p> |
