PURPOSE: Cold noodles with cynthia roretzi and a producing method thereof are provided to offer the unique taste and chewing texture to conventional cold noodles. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of cold noodles with cynthia roretzi comprises the following steps: mixing water, vinegar, and salt to obtain stock for the cold noodles; pouring the stock to boiled noodles; and mounting cynthia roretzi slices on the noodles. The cold noodles is capable of produced by preparing sauce containing red pepper paste, red pepper powder, garlic, soy sauce, and salt instead of the stock. |
