PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrochemical cell that is easy to reduce the size and thickness. SOLUTION: The electrochemical cell is composed of a base member 11 made of a resin material, formed into a box shape; a first current collecting terminal 15 and a second current-collecting terminal made of a metallic material fixed to the base member 11, penetrated from the inside to the outside, and a cover member 13 made of a resin material welded to the base member.
