Switch with arcing chamber

The switch (1) has two switching chambers (11a, 11b). Each switching chamber includes fixed contact (2) and movable conductive contact (3) with respective contact regions (21,31). The contact regions are electrically connected and separated in ON and OFF states of switch. Two magnets (71,72) generate magnetic field (M) in contact regions for exerting magnetic force (F) on electric arcs so that electric arc produced in arc chamber (4) during OFF state of switch is extinguished. The movable contact is arranged parallel to the direction of magnetic field.
