PURPOSE: A muffler for a fuel battery system is provided to prevent diminishment of noise reduction efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A muffler for a fuel battery system(100) comprises a case(10) equipped with an internal space, an exhaust gas incoming pipe(30) equipped with a plurality of drain ports(31) which is connected to the internal space of the case, an exhaust gas outlet pipe(50) which discharges exhaust gas which passed through the exhaust gas incoming pipe, filler(70) which fills an internal space between the exhaust gas outlet pipe and the exhaust gas incoming pipe, and a condensed water storage unit(90) which is connected to the exhaust ports of the exhaust gas incoming pipe and is storing and discharging condensed water.
