A refrigerator door is provided to remove an outer door by forming an appearance of a door with a front panel and directly adhering the front panel to an insulating layer, thereby reducing required parts for the door and a weight of the door. A refrigerator door includes a front panel(20) for forming a front surface of a door, and mounted with first and second side decoration bars(30,40) at both side edges. Upper and lower decoration caps(24,26) are mounted to upper and lower edges of the front panel and coupled with ends of the side decoration bars, thereby forming upper and lower surfaces of the door. Panel supporting bars are mounted to the side decoration bars and have supporting parts for supporting both side edges of the front panel. A door liner(22) is mounted to the opposite side of the door from the front panel for forming a rear surface of the door. A foamed insulating layer is mounted in an inner space between the front and rear surfaces of the door.
