PURPOSE: A smart antenna beam forming method for a wireless communication system and an apparatus thereof are provided to secure data communication time of a user by adaptively controlling the data communication time of location change search time. CONSTITUTION: A searcher(310) shoots an antenna beam. The searcher searches for a new user. The searcher searches for the location of the user. A sensor(320) senses the presence of the new user and the location change of the user. A searching time controller(330) reduce search time.
