PURPOSE: A wind power generation apparatus and a streetlamp using the same are provided to optimize the lighting effect of a landscape by lighting up a blade and increasing rotational torque. CONSTITUTION: A wind power generation apparatus comprises a power generator(100), a rotary shaft(21), a blade unit(30), and an auxiliary blade unit. The power generator is installed on a post. The rotary shaft is connected to the power generator, and drives the power generator. The blade unit is installed at both sides facing each other from the rotary shaft. Helical blades of the blade unit are twisted at a predetermined angle, and comprise an arc-shaped air guide portion(31). The auxiliary blade unit is placed around the blades, and supported by brackets, which are extended in a radial direction.
