The invention relates to a bar screen (1) comprising screen bars (6) which are secured in a frame (5) by means of upper and lower supports to be individually replaceable. The supports are formed by respective rigid support plates (23, 24) which have openings (25, 26) corresponding to the cross-section of the screen bars (6) into which openings the screen bars (6) can be inserted, the openings (25, 26) being closed all way around. The openings (25, 26) have a width which is somewhat larger than the cross-section of the screen bars. |
