<p>PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescence display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve reflectivity of a cathode by including a structure in which a reflective electrode layer and a transparent conductive layer are successively laminated on cathode and pad parts. CONSTITUTION: A scan line, a data line(DL), and a driving current line(VDD) define a pixel region on a substrate. A thin film transistor(DRT) is formed within the pixel region. A pad is formed on one end side of the scan line, the data line, and the driving current line. A pad terminal is formed on the upper part of the pad and a cathode formed within the pixel region by being connected to the thin film transistor. A reflective electrode layer and a transparent conductive layer are laminated on cathode and pad terminals.</p> |
