摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A method and device for measuring a refractive index distribution and a method for manufacturing an optical device are provided to measure an inner refractive index distribution of an object at a high precision because aligning errors are calculated and reflected to a calculation of a refractive index distribution even in case the aligning errors of the object are large and the object has a complex shape. CONSTITUTION: A method and device for measuring a refractive index distribution is as follows. A refractive index distribution of an object is measured by using a first medium having a first refractive index and second medium having a second refractive index and reference lights are incident to the object arranged on the first medium so that a first penetration wave front of the object is measured(S30). The reference lights are incident to the object arranged on the second medium so that a second penetration wave front of the object is measured. A first reference penetration wave front of a reference object obtained when the reference lights are incident to the reference object having a known shape and refractive index distribution arranged on the first medium is calculated and a second reference penetration wave front of the reference object obtained when the reference lights are incident to the reference object arranged on the second medium is calculated. The refractive index distribution in which shape components of the object are eliminated is calculated by using the first and second penetration wave fronts and the first and second reference penetration wave fronts(S90).</p>
