PURPOSE: A cooling and heating seat for a vehicle is intended to supply optimal heating and cooling service to a part, which makes contact with the body of a passenger, since a heating/cooling element consists of a leg contact plate, a hip contact plate, a waist contact plate and a back contact plate. CONSTITUTION: A cooling and heating seat for a vehicle comprises a heating/cooling element(30) and a heat emitting unit(40). The heating/cooling element is inserted into the hip-rest unit(10) of a vehicle seat and the covers(11,21) of a back-rest unit(20). The heating/cooling element has a flat board form. The heat emitting unit is attached to the bottom of the heating/cooling element and is inserted into the seat to emit heat in the operating process of the heating/cooling element. The heating/cooling element comprises a leg contact plate, a hip contact plate, a waist contact plate and a back contact plate.
