PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing hispidulin or derivative thereof is provided to enhance anti-wrinkling, whitening, and anti-inflammatory effect. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for anti-aging or anti-wrinkling contains hispidulin or a derivative thereof as an active ingredient. A cosmetic composition for skin whitening contains hispidulin or the derivative as an active ingredient. The derivative is 6-hydroxy luteolin. The cosmetic composition is manufactured in the form of a solution, suspension, emulsion, paste, gel, cream, lotion, powder, soap, cleansing oil, powder foundation, emulsion foundation, wax foundation, pack, massage cream, or spray.
