EQUIPMENT FOR ASSEMBLY PROCESS OF EXCAVATORS USING TURN TABLE

PURPOSE: An equipment using a turntable for assembling processes of an excavator is provided to easily move an upper plate during assembly processes through loading a moving trolley on a turn table being elevated by a supporter. CONSTITUTION: An equipment using a turntable for assembling processes of an excavator comprises a lower assembly line(2), an upper assembly line(4), a turn table stage(100a), a left and right horizontally transferring stage(200a). The lower assembly line assembles a lower traveling body(10) through moving a lower frame(11) along a rail(2a). The upper assembly line assembles an upper traveling body through moving an upper frame(40) along a rail(4a) parallel to the rail for the lower assembly line. The turn table stage oppositely changes the direction of the upper frame through rotating the upper frame carried into the work place. A moving trolley carrying on the upper frame is loaded on the left and right horizontally transferring stage and the left and right horizontally transferring stage transfers the turn table to the loading stage(300a) of the upper assembly line along a transverse rail(201).
