PURPOSE: A film bonding apparatus and method for an injection-molded product are provided to enhance adhesion at the boundary surface between a film and an injection molded-product without a separate process besides injection molding. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for bonding a film(110) and an injection-molded product(120) comprises an injection mold(130), an operating block(140), and scratch projections(141). The injection mold has a resin injection channel(131) and molds a product with a groove. A surface treating agent is coated in an outer layer(112) of the film, and an end of the film is inserted in the groove of the molded product. The operating block is installed in a grooving forming part of the injection mold to divide the resin injection channel into halves. The scratch projections are formed on a side of the leading end of the operating block to scrape the surface treating agent from the outer layer of the boundary portion of the film inserted in the groove.
