Array substrate for organic electro luminescent device and method of fabricating the same

PURPOSE: A substrate for an organic electroluminescent device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve capacity of a storage capacitor per unit area by overlapping an array substrate for the organic electroluminescent device with three storage capacitors. CONSTITUTION: A first gate insulation layer(114) and a first storage electrode(117) are formed in a storage area. A second gate insulation layer(118) is formed on a semiconductor layer(113) and the first storage electrode. A gate electrode(120) is formed on the gate insulation layer by corresponding to the center of the semiconductor layer. A second storage electrode(122) corresponds to the first storage electrode. An interlayer dielectric layer(123) is formed on the gate electrode and the second storage electrode.
