PURPOSE: A metal/carbon nanotube composite using high temperature ball mill and a manufacturing method are provided to manufacture a metal/carbon nanotube composite by dispersing carbon nanotubes in aluminum without physical damage. CONSTITUTION: A metal/carbon nanotube composite using high temperature ball mill is obtained by ball milling carbon nanotubes and metals at 300-650 deg. Celsius. A manufacturing method of the metal/carbon nanotube composite comprises a step of ball milling carbon nanotubes and metals at 300-650 deg. Celsius. The ball mill temperature is 300 deg. Celsius. The ball mill process is repeated 1-5 times. The metal is selected from aluminum or magnesium. The carbon nanotube has diameter of 0.7 nano meter-100 micro meters. The carbon nanotube has length of 10nano meters-10 centimeters.
