BUILDING REMODELING CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING PRECAST CONCRETE PANEL, AND REMODELED BUILDING THEREOF

PURPOSE: A building remodeling method using a precast concrete panel and a remodeling building using the same are provided to remarkably reduce construction time and costs and to easily improve the exterior of a building. CONSTITUTION: A building remodeling method using a precast concrete panel is as follows. Side columns(200) and an upper beam(250) are exposed by eliminating outer windows of a remodeling building. Fixing members(210) are fixed to the exposed columns using anchors. A PC panel(100) with a wall shape is installed in the fixing members. Contact parts of the fixing members and the PC panel are welded.
