PURPOSE: A plate for directly roasting food is provided to prevent oil from falling from the meat directly to fire since a plurality of roasting members are overlapped slightly or stacked vertically. CONSTITUTION: A plate for directly roasting food comprises one or more unit roasting plates, which consist of a plurality of roasting members. The roasting members are separated at regular intervals and are vertically coupled. Oil valley(21) of each roasting member is formed on a support plate. The widths of both sides(20a,20b) of the oil valley are formed in different sizes. The long side of an adjacent roasting member is overlapped with the short side of the oil valley and is coupled in the length direction of the support plate.
