PURPOSE: A system for detecting a faulty actuator of a camera module is provided to easily judge a faulty actuator by using a focus value of a chart photographed by a camera module. CONSTITUTION: A system for detecting a faulty actuator of a camera module comprises a chart(10), a camera module(100), and a control unit(200). The camera module is installed by being spaced from the chart, thereby photographing the chart. The control unit respectively applies control signals to forward and reverse directions of an actuator of the camera module. A focus value of the forward direction with respect to images photographed by the camera module corresponding to the control signals of the forward direction is measured and the focus value of the reverse direction with respect to images photographed by the camera module corresponding to the control signals of the reverse direction is measured. If a difference between the focus values of the forward and reverse directions is over a set reference error value, the actuator of the camera module is judged as a faulty actuator. |
