PURPOSE: A monitoring apparatus and method for health diagnosis are provided to obtain a small, low-power, low-cost monitoring apparatus by forming a part of functions necessary for the monitoring apparatus in a wireless terminal. CONSTITUTION: A monitoring apparatus for health diagnosis comprises a wireless camera(100), a wireless terminal(200), and a health server(300). The wireless camera takes images of human body parts like ear, nose, neck, skin, and etc. and images of an object. The wireless terminal, having a wireless communication function and a monitoring application, outputs the images delivered from the wireless camera and delivers the images to the health server. The health server stores health and exercise information of a user.
