PURPOSE: An apparatus for improving the quality of liquid is provided to implement the action of a filter and a magnet for improve the quality of the liquid by being combined with the outlet of a container. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for improving the quality of liquid includes a main body, a filter(120), a filtering net(130), and a magnet(140). The main body is detachably combined with the inlet of a container(10). A liquid inlet(111a) and a liquid outlet(113a) are formed at the main body. The filter is installed in the main body. The filtering net is installed in the main body to filter foreign materials of large sizes from the liquid and prevents the escape of the filter. The magnet is installed in the main body based on a ceramic filter composition. The ceramic filter composition is composed of 45-50 weight% silica , 20-25 weight% of oxide aluminum, 5-7 weight% of ferrous oxide, 5-7 weight% of ferric oxide, 2-4 weight% of magnesium oxide, 1-3 weight% of calcium oxide, 2-4 weight% of sodium, 3-5 weight% of potassium, 0.1-0.5 weight% of titanium oxide, 0.1-0.5 weight% of anhydrous phosphoric acid, 0.1-0.5 weight% of manganese oxide, and 0.5-1.5 weight% of other components.
