PURPOSE: A content for packaging coffee, and a packaging method of the coffee using thereof are provided to maintain the flavor of the coffee for a long time. CONSTITUTION: A content for packaging coffee includes a gas absorbent(A) and an oxygen absorbent(B) in a weight ratio of 1:1. The gas absorbent and the oxygen absorbent are separated from each other in different containers. The gas absorbent uses 2-4 parts of diatomite by weight containing calcium chloride and the moisture as a carrier.
