Pharmaceutical Composition for Preventing or Treating Allergic Diseases and Method of Screening the Same

PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating allergic diseases and a diagnosis for allergic diseases are provided to accurately diagnose allergic diseases and to screen a therapeutic agent. CONSTITUTION: A method for screening a therapeutic agent for preventing or treating allergic diseases comprises: a step of contacting a test material onto cells in which Ets1(protien C-ets-1) is expressed; a step of analyzing effect of the test material to Ets1 expression; and a step of determining the test material as a therapeutic agent for treating allergic diseases in case that the Ets1 expression is increased. A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating allergic diseases contains effective amount of Ets1 proteins and pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
