PURPOSE: A producing method of a beverage using the chestnut inner skin is provided to remove the astringent taste of the chestnut inner skin by alcohol-processing the chestnut inner skin, and using a food additive. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a beverage using the chestnut inner skin comprises the following steps: washing chestnut, and removing the hard outer skin from the chestnut using a peeling machine; secondly washing the chestnut for removing foreign materials; peeling the chestnut to obtain the chestnut inner skin; mixing purified water with ethanol to obtain 0.2-0.5% ethanol solution; dipping the chestnut inner skin into the ethanol solution for 10-20 minutes; drying the chestnut inner skin, and heating at 105-250 deg C; mixing the heated chestnut inner skin with the purified water or tap water, and heating; and mixing the obtained chestnut inner skin extract with liquid fructose, vitamin, a sour taste agent, and a food additive.
