In a fastener device comprising a clamping head 10 pivotally mounted on a stud member 15 for releasably securing to the latter an eyelet or like member, the clamping head includes a shank portion 12 terminating at its free end in a conical member 13, and the stud member includes a pair of resiliently distortable means 21 adapted to grip the shank portion 12 of the clamping head 10, the conical member 13 defining a shoulder 14 arranged to abut the distortable means 21 to prevent removal of the head from the stud. As shown, the stud member 15 is formed with an elliptical collar 19 for the reception of a similarly shaped eyelet which is retained by rotation of the clamping head through 90 degrees from the position shown. |
