PURPOSE: A two-stage height adjustable prop is provided to easily adjust a height of articles in horizontality because a prom member ascends and descends. CONSTITUTION: A two-stage height adjustable prop comprises a prop member(100), a height adjusting screw unit(200), a spherical body(110), a female screw portion(130), and a cylindrical guide support with a predetermined height(140). The spherical body is formed into the shape with a narrow upside and a wide lower side. The female screw portion is formed in a center of the body at a predetermined size. The cylindrical guide support is formed in an upper outer side of the female screw portion. The height adjusting screw unit is coupled to the prop member with a screw joint. Upper and lower male screw portions are respectively formed in the upper and lower parts of the height adjusting screw unit.
