ECCENTRICITY PREVENTION APPARATUS FOR PIPE TYPE CONVEYOR BELT

PURPOSE: An eccentricity prevention apparatus for a pipe-type conveyor belt is provided to correct eccentricity generating in a conveyor belt and not to give influence to moving speed by supporting the conveyor belt with upper and lower rollers and a side roller. CONSTITUTION: An eccentricity prevention apparatus for a pipe-type conveyor belt comprises supporting frames(10), driving frames(20), and rotation supporting units(30). The supporting frames are located in the front of a driving pulley(1) in which a pipe-type conveyor belt(2) is unfolded from a circle and are extended from both side surfaces of the pipe-type conveyor belt to the upper part of the conveyor belt. Each driving frame comprises an upper support and a lower support. The upper support and the lower support are inclined toward the conveyor belt at a same angle as inclined side surfaces of the pipe-type conveyor belt, and are projected toward the conveyor belt at the upper and lower parts to cover the side surfaces of the conveyor belt. The rotation supporting units comprise an upper roller, a lower roller, and a side roller.
