PURPOSE: A device for manufacturing a door trim for a car and manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the numbers of work processes and a manufacturing time by omitting a separate assembling process because a single product for each part is injection-molded and integrated. CONSTITUTION: A device for manufacturing a door trim comprises a fixed mold and movable mold(60). First and second cavities are formed in the fixed mold and filled with a molding resin for forming first and second molded articles. The movable mold comprises an ejecting block(20), a separating core(30), a slid block(40), and a cylinder(50). The ejecting block is moved up and down to discharge the molded articles. The separating core is moved up and down, thereby selectively forming a boundary between the first and second cavities. The slide block moves separating core up and down. The cylinder drives the slide block.
