PURPOSE: A manual information providing method using a ship engine monitoring system is provided to effectively offer actions for accidents in real time when the accidents are generated in manual data embedded in a ship engine monitoring system. CONSTITUTION: Packets of data sensed by a ship engine monitoring system are analyzed(201). The analyzed sensing data is calculated(202). The calculated sensing data is determined whether standard values are over(203). When the calculated sensing data is over the standard values, manual information is searched(204). The searched data is displayed to a user(205). The sensing data is stored(206). When the data is not over the standard values, the calculated data is displayed.
