PURPOSE: A method for processing signals of a radio channel and a mobile communication system for the same are provided to process signals of a radio channel by efficiently reducing a used amount of memory and data throughputs. CONSTITUTION: Control information about each UE(User Interface) is saved in a memory(311). The control information saved in the memory is channel-encoded in a channel encoder(312) according to a PDCCH(Packet Data Control Channel). The encoded data is saved in each memory(313). Data encoded according to each PDCCH are saved in the memory through rate-matching(314). Concatenation data is successively saved in a scrambling data memory(33) through scrambling(32). The saved and scrambled data is saved in a memory(342) through interleaving(341). Interleaved data is modulated by a QPSK(Quadrature Phase Shift Keying) modulator(343). I and Q symbol data are saved in a memory(344). The saved I and Q symbol data are pre-coded and layer-mapped.
