PURPOSE: A call state confirmation based inverse automatic response processing method, system, smart phone, and program recording medium are provided to enable users to conveniently request ARS(Automatic Response Service) by enabling an ARS server to automatically recognize a target based on data for surrounding the users. CONSTITUTION: A location acquisition module(225) acquires the location data of a smart phone through a GPS(Global Positioning Service) module. A data creation module creates the call state data of the smart phone including the location data. A recognition value determination module(245) determines data recognition values composed of key input values in order to recognize the call state data. A recognition value transmission module(255) transmits DTMF signals matched with the data recognition values through a communication channel connected with the ARS server.
