PURPOSE: A ball joint device for a stabilizer bar link of a vehicle is provided to prevent the movement of a bearing through the bearing is shrunken by temperature change through the plastic deformation of the lower part of a cup shaped single case. CONSTITUTION: A ball joint device for a stabilizer bar link of a vehicle comprises a ball stud(25), a case(23), a bearing(24), and a dust cover(26). The ball is formed in the lower portion of the ball stud. The side portion and the lower portion of the cup shaped case are formed into one body and the case covers the ball stud and the lower portion of the case is deformed plastically. The ball stud is rotated by the rotation of the bearing. The dust cover prevents the leakage of grease. |
