Fusion peptide comprising dhFas-1 domain and MMP substrate and pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating inflammatory disease comprising the same

PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition containing a fusion peptide having dhFas-1 domain and MMP substrate is provided to suppress infiltration of immunocytes and to prevent and treat inflammatory diseases. CONSTITUTION: A fusion peptide contains: dhFas-1 domain, MMP(matrix metalloproteinase) substrate, and RGD motif. The fusion peptide further contains a linker peptide having 1-5 amino acids between dhFas-1 domain and MMP substrate. The dhFas-1 domain has an amino acid sequence of sequence number 1 or 3. The linker peptide is VE, EF, VD, or VDG. A pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating inflammatory diseases contains the fusion peptide as an active ingredient.
