A system and a method for scoring linked documents using ant colony system are provided to determine a rank of the web document search result by calculating score of documents linked with a web document. A document repository(110) stores documents which include the link which desires to grade or extract in the database. An ant colony system module(120) applies the ant colony system to the document database expressed in the graph and moves the ants. Ants leave pheromone in a document. A document scoring module(130) scores a document according to the amount of pheromone of the document measured in the ant colony system module.
