PURPOSE: A coating agent is provided to prevent the crack or breaking of cokes by physical impact during transferring or storage, thereby preventing the generation of cokes powder. CONSTITUTION: A coating agent comprises: aqueous solution 5-10 weight% of coating components, 10-20 weight% of polyhydric alcohol mixture, and 1-2 weight% of surfactant, and residual water. The coating components is a mixture of polyvinylalcohol as a first component, and one or more of a second component selected from polyacrylic acid, sodium polyacrylate, polyvinylidene with the weight ratio of 1:0.1 - 0.5. the polymerization of the polyvinylalcohol is 1,000-5,000, and the degree of hydrolysis is 70~99 %(mol/mol). |
