PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing ramie wallpaper is provided to quickly discharge various harmful materials. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing ramie wallpaper comprises: a step of washing and drying ramie stems and peeling the skin of the stem and pulverizing to prepare ramie pulp ingredient; a step of adding ramie pulp ingredient to 2-5 wt% of sodium hydroxide solution and boiling; a step of dipping the ramie into a bleaching solution at 30-50°C for 20-30 minutes and 90~100°C for 50-70 minutes; a step of removing foreign materials by centrifugation; a step of washing the ramie fiber with water and dehydrating; and a step of mixing 10-30 wt% of ramie pulp with one of wood pulp, paper pulp, and paper mulberry pulp. |
