A reflecting sheet with an improved shock-absorbing function and an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) module including the reflecting sheet are provided to absorb an external shock applied to a protection sheet by modifying the structure of the protection sheet to protect a prism pattern from friction and prevent the generation of white spot. A reflecting sheet(100) includes a base layer(110), a reflecting layer(120) located on the base layer, and a shielding layer(130) formed under the base layer. The shielding layer includes a plurality of layers(130a,130b,130c). At least one of the plurality of layers forming the shielding layer includes beads(132) made of an acrylic rayon material. Each of the plurality of layers forming the shielding layer has a thickness in the range of 5 to 10 micrometer. The thickness of the shielding layer is in the range from 20 to 35 micrometer. The base layer is made of PET(Poly-Ethylene Terephthalate) and the reflecting layer is formed of acryl.
